Why should you rent from us?
Our location has lots of surrounding businesses that complement our shop which translates to plenty of walk-in traffic.
We allow you a lot of rope to run your business as you see fit. We don't require you to work a schedule, we don't require that you take walk-ins, we don't require that you sell products, and we don't require that you wear a uniform.
You collect your service fee at the booth and pay us weekly. Also, you're not competing with the owner for walk-ins or appointments because the owner is not a barber or stylist.
The only rule is that we require you to be professional and treat everyone with respect!
Booth Rent Opportunity:
$200 A Week
Renter will have the following...
Key for in/out access
Personal Alarm Code
Access to all walk-ins and phone calls
Ability to set their own rates
Shampoo bowls, towels & hairdryers
Break area including fridge and microwave
Credit Card Terminal if needed
Starter Business Cards
