Why should you rent from us?

"LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION" We only open barbershops in busy high traffic locations with lots of parking. Pick up any retail business book and ALL of them will say that location is the most important thing to consider when you're opening a business. We currently have a location in Matteson Plaza which is currently the busiest strip mall in Matteson. Our location has lots of surrounding businesses that compliment our shop. 

We allow you a lot of rope to run your business as you see fit. We don't require you to work a schedule, we don't require that you take walk-ins, we don't require that you sell products, and we don't require that you wear a uniform.

You collect your service fee at the booth and pay us weekly. Also, you're not competing with the owner for walk-ins or appointments because the owner is not a barber or stylist. 

The only rule is that we require you to be professional and treat everyone with respect!

Booth Rent Opportunities:

$200 A Week In Matteson

Allowed to work up to 60 days on commission while you transition over if needed.

Renter will have the following...

  • Key for in/out access

  • Personal Alarm Code

  • Access to all walk-ins and phone calls

  • Ability to set their own rates

  • Shampoo bowls, towels & hairdryers

  • Break area including fridge and microwave

  • Free Coffee for themselves and their clients

  • Credit Card Terminal if needed

  • Starter Business Cards
